RewriteEmail ("we," "our," or "the Service") provides an artificial intelligence-powered tool designed to analyze and rewrite user-submitted email drafts. Our service aims to help users improve the clarity, tone, and persuasive quality of their communications.

2. No Professional Advice or Guarantee

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, professional, or certified counseling advice. The AI-generated suggestions, rewrites, and analyses are algorithmic estimations.

We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results (such as successfully securing a rent decrease, landing a job, or resolving a dispute) from using the emails generated by our Service.

3. User Responsibilities

When using RewriteEmail, you agree that:

• You will not use the Service to generate illegal, threatening, harassing, or malicious content.
• You will not input highly sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security Numbers, full credit card details, classified company secrets) into the drafts.
• You will review all AI-generated content before sending it. You assume full responsibility for the final content of any email you send.
• You will not attempt to abuse our free tier through automated scripts, bots, or clearing local storage repeatedly.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer both free (limited) and paid tiers (Per Use, Monthly, Yearly). By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the stated fees via our payment processor (Creem/Stripe). Subscription payments will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We offer a 7-day free trial on specific plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Email Coach and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost negotiations, damaged relationships, or financial losses.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
